Autodesk is providing students access to some of their software through their Autodesk Student Engineering & Design Community. All you need is to register with your @fau.edu email address and you will be given access to download the software through their website. NOTE: Do not try to login with your FAU email and password. You have to register for a new account with autocad directly. We do not share our password/account information with external sites. Please note that neither TSG nor the College provides support for these software. Please contact Autodesk through the above link directly for any questions.
TSG Ticket Queue Statistics
TSG utilizes the RT Ticket System for almost all our support requests. We have been using this software since September 2006 and have seen the use of tickets (versus walk-in traffic) increased over the years. Below are graphs for the entire period we have been using RT. Mass Email to Engineering and Computer Science Students
TSG offers the ability to send mass emails to engineering and computer science students in order to reach them with information on university/college events, future course offerings (current class announcements can be done via blackboard), notifications, etc. We can target specific engineering and computer science students from a roster of currently enrolled students in the College of Engineering and Computer Science (CoECS) for the current semester.
