When printing, the Toshiba copiers will prompt you for your code, or you can enter the code into the printer preferences, and it will pass the code automatically.
Please follow these steps to enter your code into the Printer Preferences:
- Start -> Devices and Printers
- Right-click on your printer, and select Printing Preferences
- Select the Others tab, and enter the code into the Department field
- Click OK
