TSG Ticket Queue Statistics
TSG utilizes the RT Ticket System for almost all our support requests. We have been using this software since September 2006 and have seen the use of tickets (versus walk-in traffic) increased over the years. Below are graphs for the entire period we have been using RT. Those downward spikes that appear to occur annually are during the final week in December (holiday break).
